Sleep in the East

10 days until we leave for the tournament.

We're leaving town at 5:45 AM. The next day, we're on the ice at 8:45 AM (Eastern Time). 8:45 means we'll be arriving at the rink about 7AM. That's 6AM Manitoba time.  And considering we need to eat and travel and be focused before each of these activities happens, we need to be rested.

These are enough reasons to start adjusting your sleep schedule NOW! So start sleeping in the EAST. (Eastern time schedule, that is!)

If your own life experience hasn't shown you why sleep is critical, you may want to read these 8 explanations.
