Team Travel Day: Settled in

We arrived at the hotel!  (Yes, that exclamation point shows both relief and joy.)
The rooms are modest, but the dining room table (Where I will likely do all of my writing for the next 10 days) will be a real asset.

Our late arrival meant that the players did not go see the meal or practice facility tonight. Rather we opted to take a 5 minute walk across the parking lot to the mall. That's where we split up into families and did our own hunting and gathering of food.

Lights out early tonight & a fresh start tomorrow. We arrived safely and successfully and that's all you can really hope for in a travel day! Good job team!

"The suites"

Our players instinctively found the rink in the giant mall!! No surprise!

IMAX theatre. Perhaps we'll watch a movie en francais?

**** Know if you are reading this and you need a kettle or a snack for the kids, you are welcome to see me in the Crossin room. We have oatmeal & hot chocolate etc. We also have a blender if you are desperate for a smoothie. ***

If you are at home following along, please feel free to leave your comments and questions below.
The plan is to update twice daily as we go along.
