After yesterday's win, we decided to meet the team vans when they arrived back at the hotel. Parents, siblings and grandparents crowded the lobby to give our players a hero's welcome.
We may have also frightened some other hotel patrons returning home from their dinner or shopping trips. Hopefully we didn't ruin anyone's secret Valentine's Day rendezvous at the Quality Inn. Admittedly, we were pretty quick to erupt into cheers when anyone opened that door. LOL
